Carie Cardamone got involved with the Education Group while she was a postdoctoral associate performing research to improve Physics education and assessment strategies within Professor David Pritchard‘s group in the MIT Department of Physics. More recently, Carie has moved to Brown University, where she is the Associate Director (Life and Physical Sciences) of the The Sheridan Center for Teaching and Learning. Carie is involved in running Teaching Certificate Programs and in developing professional development programs, many of which focus on effective use of technology in the classroom. She also works closely with faculty in consultations and through The Teagle Foundation Grants program.
